HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.
Simply reply to that email with the following:
– Your Logo [High Quality File Only]
– Contact Info [if you want to include any]
Your blank social media templates will be customized to match your logo.
**I will not email you for your logo. It is your responsibility to send it to me.**
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received all your info, I’ll customize your premade blank templates and send the final, ready-to-share files to your email.
I will use the colors from your logo, unless otherwise specified, to customize your design.
This order does not include any revisions, unless a mistake was made on my part. This means if you forget to provide vital information and I have to re-design or make changes after I’ve started the customizing process – there will be an extra charge.
Normal turnaround time is 3-5 *business days from the date you submit your info. This can increase during peak times, holidays, etc. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.
Source files are not available for purchase.
If a logo is not submitted for the order, your business name will be written in a plain font (one color only). I do not stylize or embellish text for social media graphics.
These are pre-made designs and will be available for others to customize and purchase.
No refunds will be given once the design process has already started. All sales are final. I do not offer redesigns unless a mistake was made on my part. Please see full Refund Policy for more details.
