➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, all information you want to include + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review.

If you ordered the design only: Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your high quality file and close the order.

If you ordered a printed backdrop: Once you approve your preview + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital file.

➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design or size so make sure to send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design and request the correct size.

➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

All vinyl backdrops ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.

➤ IF MY BACKDROP HAS WRINKLES, HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?

Wrinkles will disappear over time, but if you want to speed up the process, place your backdrop under a heavy flat object. To avoid creasing, don’t store anything on top of your folded backdrop.
