The size option (10″x8″x4″) is the most common size customers order for their box design. It is your responsibility to make sure the size you are ordering is what you need. Please double-check this before ordering. There will be an extra fee to adjust the size once the design process has started.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.
Simply reply to that email with the following:
– Your Logo [High Quality File Only]
– What you want on the:
• Front Side
• Back Side
• Right Side
• Left Side
– Any Other Details I Should Know
**I will not email you for details about your design. It is your responsibility to send me all your information.**
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received all your info, I’ll customize your design and send a preview to your email for approval.
Once you receive your proof, you are allowed one (1) complimentary round of revisions to request any minor changes, such as color, typos and the-like.
Any additional minor revision (after the first complimentary round of revisions) will cost $5 each, unless a mistake was made on my part. This means if you forget to provide vital information and I have to re-design or make changes after the first round – there will be an extra charge. (Major revisions and/or design concept changes will cost more.)
*Revisions do not include changes to the overall design. If you want a new design, you will have to purchase a new design.
*Your complimentary round of revision will expire after the order is closed. You cannot save it for a later date.
Once you approve your design, I’ll send the final print files to your email and close the order.
Normal turnaround time is 3-5 *business days. This can increase during peak times, holidays, etc. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.
WHERE CAN I GET MY BOXES PRINTED?
I highly recommend using a company named Packlane to print your boxes. They do amazing work and have great customer service!
All you’ll have to do is upload the print-ready files that I will provide and place your order there.

If a logo is not submitted for the order, your business name will be written in a plain font (one color only).
No refunds will be given once the design process has already started. All sales are final. I do not offer redesigns or reprints unless a mistake was made on my part. Please see full Refund Policy for more details.
