1 – Deposit + Documents
After submitting your $199 deposit, we’ll gather all content for your website. I’ll provide a questionnaire to make this part easy.
2 – The Boring Stuff
After gathering content, we’ll handle your domain, hosting, pay remaining balance, etc. I’ll guide you through the entire process.
3 – Take A Break
It’s your turn! I’ll take care of custom-building your website so you can relax. Your website will be my number one priority.
4 – Review + Approve
I’ll send a preview once the design is complete so you can request changes. After approval, your website is ready for use.

Every $599 website includes:

Will I receive a round of revisions?
Yes. Your website package includes a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include new or different designs, layouts, themes, platforms, pages, products, plugins, banners, graphics, added functionalities, etc. Because of this, please be sure to send all correct content, details and any design inspiration you’d like me to reference after submitting your deposit.
If you’d like to make additional changes after your revision round has been used, no problem! Extra revisions can absolutely be added. Pricing will depend on the type and complexity of the requested changes. Email me for a quote.
Will I be able to manage my website myself?
Yes! I’ll be here to help if you have any questions.
Can you update my website for me?
Absolutely! Price depends on updates requested. Email me for a quote.
What other fees will I have to pay?
There are 4 fees you need to consider when planning your web design project:
1 – WEBSITE DESIGN FEE
This is a one-time fee paid to me, your website designer. The non-refundable $199 deposit + the remaining $400 balance = $599 total.

2 – DOMAIN ACQUISITION FEE
This is a one-time fee paid to the registrar to secure your domain name. Prices start at $10+ depending on availability and popularity.
3 – WEBSITE HOSTING FEE
This is a monthly fee paid to the hosting provider to provide a place for your website to live on the internet. Prices start at $29+/mo depending on the plan you choose.
4 – DOMAIN MAINTENANCE FEE
This is a yearly fee paid to the registrar to keep your domain name working. Prices start at $10/yr depending on options you choose.
How long do I have to pay the remaining balance after I make the deposit?
You have 30 days from the date you make your deposit to send all content for your website and pay the remaining balance. After 30 days, you will lose priority status and may be subject to new pricing. Please make sure you have time in your schedule before making your deposit and going on this journey with me. Exceptions can be made for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. Just keep me updated.
How long do I have to review my website and use my round of revisions?
You have 7 days to review your site and request any changes. After 7 days, you will lose priority status and may be subject to new pricing. Exceptions can be made for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. Just keep me updated.
What if I don't have all the content for my website?
It depends. If you’re missing something minor, we can proceed. If you’re missing a substantial amount of content – we may have to put your project on hold.
Here are a few examples:
Missing a few product photos? No worries! We can add them in later.
Don’t have your terms, conditions or policies? No worries! I can add in standard ones that you can edit to your liking. (You are responsible for making sure the terms, conditions and policies work for your business.)
Don’t have your product list together? We may put your website on hold until you get organized.
Can you set up my welcome email campaign for me?
Yes! Just choose the Mailchimp Welcome Email Setup add on option here when paying your remaining balance.
This includes complete Mailchimp setup including integration, audience configuration, a custom welcome email with promo code and automated delivery so every new lead receives a polished, on-brand introduction instantly.
Can I add client scheduling to my website?
Yes! I suggest creating an Acuity account to book appointments. That is the most popular option + the easiest to integrate into your website.
This is how it would work:
1 – Sign up for an Acuity plan here. Prices start at $16/month. You’ll enter your services and pricing directly into Acuity. (I can handle this for you for an additional fee, though most clients prefer to enter their own services. Just let me know what you prefer.)
2 – I’ll design your Acuity page to match your website and link it seamlessly so clients can book simply by tapping “Book Appointment”. Just choose the Matching Acuity Site Design add on option here when paying your remaining balance.
What platform do you use?
Shopify or Squarespace – whichever you prefer!
If you’re not sure or don’t have a preference, I recommend Shopify. You can sign up using this special link – it includes a 3-day free trial, followed by $1/month for the first 3 months. After that, plans start at $29/month.
Can you build me a WordPress, Wix, Subbly or other website?
Maybe! Email me for a quote.
Are your website custom-built or do you use templates?
I design every website completely from scratch. I don’t use premade templates or themes. Your site’s look, layout and branding will all be uniquely created for you.
That said, I usually build the website on a platform like Shopify or Squarespace. These platforms provide the behind-the-scenes tools that make the website run smoothly (things like security, checkout, hosting and managing your content).
So the design is custom, but the technology underneath comes from one of these trusted platforms. Shopify is especially popular for online stores because it’s reliable and easy to manage.
What if I already have a website? Can you spice it up for me?
Maybe, it depends. Email me and we’ll discuss.
Can I use my $199 deposit for a different product or service if I change my mind?
No. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It helps cover the time to setup your project, organize your website and keep my schedule open for your website build so please be 100% sure before making your deposit.
Is the final $400 payment refundable?
If I haven’t started building your website, up to $200 of the $400 final payment is refundable. There are no refunds if I’ve already started building your website. No exceptions.
Do you have a cheaper alternative?
Yes!

DO–IT–YOURSELF: You can build your own website and I just create the visuals for you. With this option – you would receive digital files that you plug in yourself. I would never touch your website. Email me for a quote.
