Will you customize my design?

Yes. All premade designs will be customized to fit your brand. (Instant downloads are not customized to fit your brand.)

How do I send you my info?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Simply reply to that email with your info! Easy!

How long until I receive a preview of my design?

You will receive a proof of your design(s) approximately 3-5 business days *from the date you submit your info. This can increase during peak times, holidays, etc. If I get to your order and see you haven’t submitted all the info I need to complete it, you will be pushed to the back of my queue. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, pls order well in advance.

Do I get any revisions?

Once you receive your proof, you are allowed one (1) complimentary round of revisions to request any minor changes, such as color, typos and the-like. Any additional minor revision (after the first complimentary round of revisions) will cost $5 each, unless a mistake was made on my part. (Major revisions and/or design concept changes will cost more.)

But what if I don't like the design?

What you see is what you will get. There are no surprises. All my designs are premade so if you don’t like the design you see, do not order because I cannot provide a refund after the work is done.

Can I save my revision for a later date?

No. Your complimentary round of revision will expire after the order is closed. You cannot save it for a later date.

How much is shipping?

I offer FREE shipping on all printed products. No exclusions.

When will my order ship?

All printed items are shipped 7-14 business days from the date you approve your design(s). If you are late approving your design, your printing/shipping times will be delayed day-for-day.

Is tracking included?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. It will include your tracking information.

What is a premade design?

This means the design is pre-made and will be re-listed and made available for others to customize and purchase. You cannot claim copyright to a premade design.

What size should I order?

The size options suggested are the most common sizes for that particular product. It is your responsibility to make sure the size you are ordering will fit your needs. Please measure before ordering. There will be an extra fee to adjust the size once the design process has started.

Can I buy the source file?

Source files are not available for purchase.

What if I don't have a logo?

If a logo is not submitted for the order, your business name will be written in a plain font (one color only). I do not stylize or embellish text for this purpose. I do have premade logos available starting at $25.

Do you have photos I can use for my designs?

Yes, I have a few stock photos available to use. You are free to choose one for me to use. You can find them here.

What is your refund policy?

It depends on what you order. Please read the Refund Policy for details.

Can I call you to discuss my order?

No. I only communicate through email/messages to keep everything organized and electronically documented.
