WHAT BOX SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Group the items you plan to ship and measure the longest, widest and tallest points. Choose a box that is larger than all three measurements.

Not sure what size you need? Send me clear photos with a ruler beside your items and I’ll do my best to help. You can also mail your items to me and I’ll measure them for you.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for refunds, reprints or redesigns.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER SIZES AVAILABLE?

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After ordering, reply to your confirmation email with your logo, information you’d like included and any design inspiration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

I’ll review your information and confirm when I’m ready to begin designing. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a preview to review.

• Print Orders: After you approve the design, I’ll send it to print. Digital files are not included.
• Design-Only Orders: After approval, you’ll receive a temporary download link for your high-resolution file.

DO I GET REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions to the initial design.

Revisions do not include a completely new design, major changes or a different mailer size. Please provide all details and inspiration upfront.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

• Printed Orders: Ship within 7–14 days after design approval. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
• Design-Only Orders: Your preview will be sent within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information.

SHIPPING TIPS

Keep items secure so they don’t move freely inside the mailer. Fill extra space with paper, bubble wrap or other packing materials. Wrap items with sharp edges before placing them inside.
