WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Measure your lip gloss tubes at the longest, widest and tallest points. Choose a box that is slightly larger than all three measurements to allow enough room for your lip gloss tubes to fit comfortably.
Still not sure what size you need? Send me clear photos with a ruler beside your lip gloss tubes and I’ll do my best to help. You can also mail your tubes to me and I’ll measure them for you.
Please double-check your measurements before ordering. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for refunds, reprints or redesigns.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After ordering, reply to your confirmation email with your logo, information you’d like included and any design inspiration.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
I’ll review your information and confirm when I’m ready to begin designing. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a preview to review.
- Print Orders: After you approve the design, I’ll send it to print. Digital files are not included.
- Design-Only Orders: After approval, you’ll receive a temporary download link for your high-resolution file.
DO I GET REVISIONS?
Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions to the initial design.
Revisions do not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size. Please provide all details and inspiration upfront.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Printed Orders: Ship within 7–21 days after design approval. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
- Design-Only Orders: Your preview will be sent within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information.
