WHAT BOX SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

  1. Gather all the items you plan to include in one box and arrange them the way you expect them to be packaged.
  2. Measure the longest, widest and tallest points of the arranged items to get the minimum box dimensions.
  3. Add 1–2 inches to each measurement to allow space for packing materials like bubble wrap or paper.
  4. Choose the closest available box size, making sure none of the box’s dimensions are smaller than your final measurements.

If you’re unsure, you may send a few clear photos with a ruler visible along each side and I can help estimate the size. You’re also welcome to mail the items to me and I’ll handle the measuring for you.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering, as I’m unable to offer refunds or redesigns due to incorrect sizing, so be sure you’re confident in your selection.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your logo file, all the information you’d like included, any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration and all design guidelines/requirements from your printer.

HOW DO I FIND MY PRINTER’S DESIGN REQUIREMENTS?

Contact the company printing your boxes and ask if they have any templates or guidelines for your graphic designer. They may provide files, size specifications and other design requirements. This step is important to ensure everything is done correctly the first time and to avoid extra fees for edits or changes later. If you’re using an online printer, send me the link to the product page, and I’ll try to locate the design requirements for you.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

Once I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to confirm and begin the design process. When your design is ready, I’ll send you a preview to review. Once you approve the preview, I’ll send you a temporary link to download your high-resolution file and then your order will be complete.

WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions, where you can request any changes you’d like to the initial design.

Please note: this does not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size – so be sure to order the exact size you need and send any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration upfront.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

You can expect your preview within 3–5 business days from the date you send all required details.
