WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
Once your order is received, it will be reviewed and confirmed via email. If any additional details are needed, you’ll be contacted before fulfillment.
After confirmation, your gift card will be fulfilled as follows:
Digital Gift Cards
Your gift card will be delivered via email within 1–3 business days to the email address provided at checkout. You’ll receive an email with a unique code that you can either forward to your gift recipient or print at home.
Physical Gift Cards
A printed gift card with a complimentary sleeve will be shipped to the address entered at checkout within 1–3 business days.
IS TRACKING INCLUDED WITH PHYSICAL GIFT CARD ORDERS?
Tracking is optional and can be added for an additional fee during checkout. Please note that tracking cannot be added once the order is placed.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
Gift cards can be used on any purchase that is equal to or more than the gift amount. The gift card must be spent fully in a single transaction. Must be redeemed on or before the expiration date. Only valid on itstheak.com.
