➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file + all details for your design, including inspo photos.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your graphics are ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your graphics and close the order.
➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include new designs or sizes.
➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY GRAPHICS?
Your previews can be expected 3-5 business days *from the date you send all details for your order. If you chose the rush option, you will receive your design in 1-2 business days *from the date you send all details for your order.
➤ HOW DO I EDIT MY BLANK TEMPLATE?
You can add text to your templates using many free and paid photo editing apps on your phone. I suggest testing multiple apps to find the one you like best.
