➤ WHAT BOX SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Gather all items you’ll be putting in one box. Arrange them the way you expect them to be packaged in the box. Measure the group of items at the longest, widest and tallest points to determine the minimum dimensions. You’ll get 3 measurements. Select the box size that’s closest to your measurements without going under.

If you’re still not sure, place a ruler along each side of your group of items and send me photos. I can try to figure out the measurements that way. And if you’re not comfortable doing either of those, you can always mail the items you’ll be putting in a box to me and I can measure for you.

➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, I’ll reach out via email with a list of questions to get us started.

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received and reviewed all your answers, I’ll reply with confirmation and start the design process. Once your designs are ready, I’ll send previews for you to review. Once you approve your previews + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital files.

➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include new designs, concepts, products, sizes, shapes, finishes, etc. so make sure to order the exact size you need + send any and all information I may need to complete your order.

➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

This package will ship 10-21 days *from the date you approve your designs for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.
