I’ll review your information and confirm when I’m ready to begin designing. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a preview to review.
- Print Orders: After you approve the design, I’ll send it to print. Digital files are not included.
- Design-Only Orders: After approval, you’ll receive a temporary download link for your high-resolution file.
DO I GET REVISIONS?
Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions to the initial design.
Revisions do not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size. Please provide all details and inspiration upfront.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Printed Orders: Ship within 7–14 days after design approval. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
- Design-Only Orders: Your preview will be sent within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information.
