➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration + all design details.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your designs are ready, I’ll send previews for you to review. Once you approve your previews + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital files.
➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new designs so make sure to send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration.
➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
All wraps and tags ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your designs for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.
➤ IF I ORDER FOLDED HANG TAGS, WILL THEY ARRIVE FOLDED?
No. Your folded hang tags will arrive flat, but they will be scored at the folding line so you can easily fold them.
