➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, all information you want to include + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design. If you need your thank you cards designed at a specific size, please specify the exact size you need at this time. If you do not request a specific size, your thank you cards will be 4x6in.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your high quality files and close the order.
➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design or a different size so make sure to specify the size you need + send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.
➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY FINAL FILE?
All digital design previews can be expected 3-5 business days *from the date you send all details for your order. If you chose the rush option, you will receive your design in 1-2 business days.
