WHAT SIZE BACKDROP SHOULD I ORDER?

Start by deciding where you’ll display your backdrop and how much space you want it to cover. Grab a tape measure and follow these simple steps.

1. Measure the Width
Place the tip of your tape measure at the left edge of the area where the backdrop will be displayed. Pull it straight across to the right edge. Record the measurement or take a photo for reference.

2. Measure the Height
Place the tip of your tape measure at the top edge of the area. Pull it straight down to the bottom edge. Record the measurement or take a photo for reference.

3. Choose Your Size
Compare your measurements to the available backdrop sizes and choose the size that best fits your space.

NEED HELP? Not sure which size to select? Take a photo of the entire area where the backdrop will be displayed and send it to me. I may be able to help you determine the best size.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for refunds, reprints or redesigns.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After ordering, reply to your confirmation email with your logo, information you’d like included and any design inspiration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

I’ll review your information and confirm when I’m ready to begin designing. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a preview to review.

• Print Orders: After you approve the design, I’ll send it to print. Digital files are not included.
• Design-Only Orders: After approval, you’ll receive a temporary download link for your high-resolution file.

DO I GET REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions to the initial design.

Revisions do not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size. Please provide all details and inspiration upfront.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

• Printed Orders: Ship within 7–14 days after design approval. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
• Design-Only Orders: Your preview will be sent within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information.

CARE TIPS:

Cleaning: Wash hands before handling. Lay flat and gently wipe with a soft cloth or sponge, mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse away any soap residue.

Storing: Roll rather than fold to prevent creases and ink cracking. Store horizontally in a cool, dry, dark place on a flat shelf. Avoid storing vertically or placing anything heavy on top.

Removing Wrinkles: Place the banner under a heavy, flat object to help smooth out wrinkles.
