WHAT SIZE BANNER SHOULD I ORDER?

Start by deciding where you’ll hang your banner and how much space you want it to cover. Grab a tape measure and let’s get started!

1. Measure the Width: Place the tip of your tape measure on the left edge of the area where the banner will hang. Pull it straight across to the right edge – no slanting. Record the measurement or take a photo for reference.
2. Measure the Height: Place the tip of your tape measure at the top edge of the space. Pull it straight down to the bottom edge – again, no slanting. Record the measurement or take a photo for reference.
3. Choose Your Size: Select the banner size that is closest to your measurements.

Need Help? If you’re unsure, take a photo of the entire area where the banner will be displayed and send it to me. I may be able to help determine the best size.

Important: There are no refunds, reprints or redesigns for incorrect sizes. Please be 100% sure your measurements are correct before ordering.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your logo file, all the information you’d like included and any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

Once I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to confirm and begin the design process. When your design is ready, I’ll send you a preview to review.

For Print Orders:
After you approve the preview and give permission to print, I’ll begin the printing process. Please note: print orders do not include a digital file.

For Design-Only Orders:
Once you approve the preview, I’ll send you a temporary link to download your high-resolution file and then your order will be complete.

WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions, where you can request any changes you’d like to the initial design.

Please note: this does not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size – so be sure to order the exact size you need and send any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration upfront.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

Your banner will ship 7–14 days from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.

If you ordered design only, you can expect your preview within 3–5 business days from the date you send all required details.

MY BANNER HAS WRINKLES. HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?

Wrinkles will disappear over time, but if you want to speed up the process, place your banner under a heavy flat object. To avoid creasing, don’t store anything on top of your folded banner.

HOW CAN I HANG MY BANNER?

Your banner includes pre-installed metal grommets for quick and easy hanging.

You can hang your banner using:

• String or rope
• Pinhooks or tacks
• Removable Command hooks

Simply attach your hanging method through the metal grommets and secure it to your surface.

Prefer a No-Grommet Look? If you don’t want to use the grommets, you can attach removable velcro strips to the back of your banner and to the surface where it will hang. This allows for easy removal and re-hanging as needed.

This flexibility makes your banner simple to install, take down and reuse whenever you need it.
