Referral Program Terms and Conditions

ITSTHEAK (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) offers influencers, instructors, teachers, mentors and similar individuals (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in our referral program (“Program”).

COMMISSION

  • You will earn $20 for each successful referral.
  • No commission is paid for unsuccessful referrals (e.g., if a referral does not enter your promo code at checkout or does not complete purchase).
  • Payments will be made within 30 days of a successful referral via CashApp, Zelle or PayPal using the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct. We are not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts.
  • There are no minimum or maximum earnings.

SUCCESSFUL REFERRALS

To qualify as a successful referral:

  • Referrals must make their first purchase on itstheak.com. Purchases on other platforms do not qualify.
  • Referrals must be new clients. Previous clients are not eligible, even if they use a different email address, business name or alias.
  • Referrals must enter your valid promo code at checkout. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.

NO GUARANTEES

  • Referrers may promote the Program via email, direct messages, social media, classes, webinars, ebooks and similar methods.
  • Referrers do not guarantee sales, profits, exposure or brand recognition.
  • Neither party shall be liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or business, except in cases of negligence or breach.

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

Referrers must:

  • Only refer real individuals (no self-referrals, fake accounts or multiple identities).
  • Avoid spamming, harassment or unwanted communication (email, text, calls, social media, etc.).
  • Not impersonate ITSTHEAK, misrepresent the Program or misuse intellectual property.
  • Not use automated systems, bots, scripts or affiliate websites or networks to gain advantage.

We have a no-tolerance spam policy.

We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrer violating these rules.

TERMINATION

  • We may modify or terminate the Program at any time, including changing reward methods and amounts.
  • Referrers may also withdraw at any time.
    Upon termination, all earned but unpaid commissions will be issued.

LEGAL PROTECTIONS

  • Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other from claims, losses, damages, or legal costs resulting from negligence or breaches of this Program.
  • If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force.
  • Failure to exercise rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
  • Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation, then mediation or arbitration if needed. Arbitration must occur near our office. Awards will not exceed the total commission owed. Disputes under $300 may bypass arbitration.
