If you decide to cancel your order after you’ve sent any information for your order, no refunds or credits will be issued, under no circumstances. This includes any add-ons, such as vector files. All digital design/product sales are final due to the nature of the customized, downloadable files and your permanent access to them once they’ve been delivered. Digital products and/or digital designs includes business cards, thank you cards, stickers, flyers, social media designs, box designs, packaging designs and the-like. This also includes custom designs and instant downloads. But what if I don’t like the design? Or what if I change my mind? All payments made to any graphic designer for design work are essentially for their labor hours, not the actual design files. I understand that if you do not like the design or change your mind, you may not ever use the files – but the creative energy and time it required to create the designs you specifically requested, ordered and paid for has already been spent. All sales are final.


If you decide to cancel a print order after the design process has started, but BEFORE the printing process has started – we will only refund up to 40% of your total order to cover the cost of all the setup and design work. If printing process has already started – no refunds or credits will be issued, under no circumstances. There are no returns, reprints or full refunds given. Please double check your previews, designs and orders and be aware of this policy before ordering. Lost/Damaged/Delayed Packages: ITSTHAK cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once they are in the hands of UPS, FedEx or USPS. No refunds, redesigns or reprints will be made due to lost, damaged or delayed packages. All packages can be insured for an additional fee. Just ask!


If you receive a defective item, contact me within 72 hours from delivery and provide a photo and/or video that indicates a problem. I will replace, refund or issue store credit after verifying the issue. Replacements, refunds and/or store credits issued are at my discretion. I do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, I cannot refund your order if you decide you do not want it, didn’t read the item details or prefer a different product. All items returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received, including the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping the merchandise. Retainer fees and/or deposits are non-refundable, even if dates are changed or project becomes cancelled for any reason. You agree that if your website project is cancelled after the retainer fee and/or deposit is made, or if your website is not complete within thirty (30) days of paying the retainer fee and/or deposit, we will terminate the order and not design your website, with a loss of the retainer fee by you and no liability to us. Once remaining balance is paid, however, no refunds or credits will be issued and this agreement will remain valid.


If you’d like to cancel any subscriptions, you may unsubscribe within your PayPal account, and you will not be charged effective the following billing period. No refunds will be given for past months.


Pre-ordered items are 100% refundable up and until the product delivery date.


eGift Cards, Physical Gift Cards & Gift Card Packs are not eligible for refunds. No exceptions.


No refunds or credits will be issued once the brainstorming process has already started or once the consultation has been booked. All sales are final.


All orders not fully completed, redeemed or approved fourteen (14) days after the original order date are not eligible for refunds or store credits.

If you fail to respond to us for a period of fourteen (14) days or more (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing), any project or service is considered abandoned and is closed. If that happens, we reserve the right to keep all payments made and bill you for all extra work completed up until that point. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new agreement and/or order will be required and will be subject to current pricing at that time. We do not archive abandoned/closed project files.
