• Design: 1 Concept, Single-Sided
• Poly Finish: Semi-Gloss, Bubble Finish: Glossy
• Print: Double-Sided (same design on both sides)
• Poly Liner: None, Bubble Liner: Bubbles add a padded insulation.
• Seal: Self-adhesive strip. Overfilled mailers may need to be secured with tape.
• Tear Resistant: Yes, but I cannot guarantee your mailer will not be torn or mishandled during transit.
• Water Resistant: Yes, but do not submerge in water.
• Shipping Tips: Make sure items are secure and do not move freely in mailer. If you have free space in the mailer, try filling it with paper, bubble wrap or other packing materials. If you’re shipping items with sharp edges, wrap them in bubble wrap first.
• Smaller Bubble Mailer Sizes Available: 4x7in and 5x9in – email me if interested.

WHAT SIZE MAILER SHOULD I ORDER?

Gather all the items you plan to include in one mailer. Arrange them the way you expect them to be packaged. Then, measure the group at its longest, widest and tallest points to get the minimum dimensions. You’ll end up with three measurements. Choose the mailer size that’s closest to those dimensions – just be sure none of the measurements are smaller than what you recorded.

Still unsure? You can place a ruler along each side of your grouped items and send me a few clear photos – I’ll do my best to estimate the measurements for you. Or, if you’d rather not deal with the measuring at all – you’re welcome to mail the items to me and I’ll take care of it.

Please double-check your measurements before placing your order. I’m unable to offer refunds, reprints or redesigns due to incorrect sizing. Make sure you’re 100% confident in the size you choose.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your logo file, all the information you’d like included and any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

Once I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to confirm and begin the design process. When your design is ready, I’ll send you a preview to review.

For Print Orders:
After you approve the preview and give permission to print, I’ll begin the printing process. Please note: print orders do not include a digital file.

For Design-Only Orders:
Once you approve the preview, I’ll send you a temporary link to download your high-resolution file and then your order will be complete.

WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions, where you can request any changes you’d like to the initial design.

Please note: this does not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size – so be sure to order the exact size you need and send any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration upfront.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

All poly mailers ship 7–14 days from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.

If you ordered design only, you can expect your preview within 3–5 business days from the date you send all required details.

WHAT SIZE MAILER BOX CAN I FIT IN MY MAILERS?

Here are some rough estimates to help you choose the right size:

• 7.5×10.5in mailer: 5x3x1.5in
• 10x13in mailer: 6x4x3in, 6x5x2.25in, 7x5x3in, 8x6x3in, 9x7x2.25in
• 14.5x19in mailer: 8x8x5in, 9x6x4in, 9.5×7.75x4in, 11.25x9x3in, 12x10x4in
