➤ POLY MAILER DETAILS

• Outside Color: White (unprinted)
• Inside Color: Light Grey
• Finish: Semi-Gloss
• Print: Full Color Double-Sided Printing
• Liner: None. Poly mailers are unlined.
• Seal: Self-adhesive strip. If you overfill your mailer, you may need to secure it with additional tape.
• Tear/Water Resistant: Yes! But do not submerge in water. I cannot guarantee your mailer will not be torn or mishandled during transit.
• Shipping Tips: Make sure items are secure and do not move freely in mailer. If you have free space in the mailer, try filling it with paper, bubble wrap or other packing materials. If you’re shipping items with sharp edges, wrap them in bubble wrap first.

➤ WHAT SIZE MAILER SHOULD I ORDER?

Gather all items you’ll be putting in one mailer. Arrange them the way you expect them to be packaged in the mailer. Measure the group of items at the longest, widest and tallest points to determine the minimum dimensions. You’ll get 3 measurements. Select the mailer size that’s closest to your measurements without going under.

If you’re still not sure, place a ruler along each side of your group of items and send me photos. I can try to figure out the measurements that way. And if you’re not comfortable doing either of those, you can always mail the items you’ll be putting in a mailer to me and I can measure for you.

NOTE: There are no refunds, reprints or redesigns for ordering the wrong size so please be 100% sure the size you ordered is correct.

➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, all information you want to include + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital file.

➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design or a different size so make sure to order the exact size you need + send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

All poly mailers ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.

➤ CAN MY DESIGN BE PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES?

Yes! Both sides will have the same design.

➤ HOW MUCH CAN I FIT IN MY FLAT POLY MAILERS?

• 7.5x12in Mailers: 1-2 Large Shirts
• 10x13in Mailers: 4-5 Large Shirts, 1 Medium Hoodie or 1 Mailer Box (8x6x3in or smaller)
• 14.5x19in Mailers: 10-14 Large Shirts or 2 Medium Hoodies
• NOTE: These are rough estimates, not guarantees.
