➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DESIGN DETAILS AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Simply reply to that email with all files and information for your design. *I will not email you for details about your design. It is your responsibility to send me all details.*

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY DESIGN DETAILS?

After I’ve received and reviewed all details, I’ll reply to your email with an update. Once your design is ready, I will send a preview for you to review. Your order will include one (1) round of revisions to request changes. (This does not include major changes, a new design or a different size.) Once you give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. (Print orders do not include the digital file.)

➤ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All print orders ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your designs for print.

➤ CAN MY DESIGN BE PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES?

The prices found here on this page are for a single-sided print, but we can add on the backside for an additional fee. Just ask!

Your mailers will not be printed edge-to-edge. They will be printed with a white border around your design.

➤ HOW MUCH CAN I FIT IN MY KRAFT MAILERS?

6.5inx9in Mailers: 1-2 Small Shirts

8.5inx11.5in Mailers: 2-3 Small Shirts

10.5inx15in Mailers: 4-6 Medium Shirts

14.25inx19in Mailers: 8-10 Large Shirts

Please note: These are rough estimates, not guarantees.

➤ THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUBBLE MAILERS & KRAFT MAILERS:

Bubble mailers are resistant to moisture. Kraft mailers are not, as they are made with paper. Bubble mailers are also more flexible and include double-sided printing at no extra charge.

➤ MORE INFORMATION ABOUT KRAFT MAILERS:

COLOR: White (unprinted)

FINISH: Matte

LINER: Bubbles add a padded insulation.

SEAL: Self-adhesive strip. If you overfill your mailer, you may need to secure it with additional tape.

TEAR/WATER RESISTANT: No.

SHIPPING TIPS: Make sure items are secure and do not move freely in mailer. If you have free space in the mailer, try filling it with paper, bubble wrap or other packing materials. If you’re shipping items with sharp edges, wrap them in bubble wrap first.
