➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY LOGO AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY LOGO?
After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital file.
➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design or size so make sure to send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.
➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
All shoe charms ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.
➤ WHY DO MY CHARMS LOOK BLURRY OR SCRATCHED?
Each charm includes a protective film to prevent scratching. Remove the film by peeling it away from the edge of your charm. Ta-da!
