HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFO AFTER ORDERING?

Email your logo file, all details you’d like included and any design inspiration or examples you’d like me to reference.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

I’ll review your info, send a confirmation email and start designing. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a preview to review and approve.

WILL I RECEIVE REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions for any changes to the design.

Please note: Revisions do not include a completely new design or major changes. Be sure to include all details and inspiration upfront.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILE?

Your preview will be sent 3–5 business days after receiving all required info. Your final file will be delivered after approval.

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY DESIGN TO ACUITY?

1. Log into Acuity
2. Go to Customize Appearance
3. Open Scheduling Instructions
4. Click Insert Image → Choose File → Upload
5. Click Save Changes
