If you purchase a “Bundle & Save” deal, all labels included in the bundle must be completed at the same time. Labels cannot be saved or used at a later date.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your logo file, label size, all the information you’d like included and any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration.
WHAT LABEL SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
To determine the correct label size, please measure your containers. Be sure to measure only the area where you want the label to be placed – not the entire container.
If you’re not comfortable measuring, you can send me the link to the exact containers you ordered and I’ll do my best to determine the correct label size.
Another option is to mail the containers to me so I can measure them for you.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure the correct label size is selected. I cannot guarantee sizing accuracy without physically measuring your containers. Each order includes one size per label design. Because of this, refunds or redesigns are not available for orders placed with the wrong size. If a size adjustment is requested after the design process has started, an additional fee will apply.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
Once I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to confirm and begin the design process. When your design is ready, I’ll send you a preview to review. Once you approve the preview, I’ll send you a temporary link to download your high-resolution file and then your order will be complete.
WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions, where you can request any changes you’d like to the initial design.
Please note: this does not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size – so be sure to order the exact size you need and send any design examples you’d like me to use for inspiration upfront.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
You can expect your preview within 3–5 business days after all required details have been received. If you selected the rush option, you will receive your design within 1–2 business days.
