HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After ordering, reply to your confirmation email with your logo, information you’d like included and any design inspiration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

I’ll review your information and confirm when I’m ready to begin designing. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a preview to review.

• Print Orders: After you approve the design, I’ll send it to print. Digital files are not included.
• Design-Only Orders: After approval, you’ll receive a temporary download link for your high-resolution file.

DO I GET REVISIONS?

Yes! Your order includes one round of revisions to the initial design.

Revisions do not include a completely new design, major changes or a different size. Please provide all details and inspiration upfront.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

• Printed Orders: Ship within 7–14 days after design approval. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
• Design-Only Orders: Your preview will be sent within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR TABLETOP ROLL UP BANNER:

1. Connect the pole pieces and insert it through the two holes in the base.
2. Double check and make sure the pole was inserted into the external hole (visible) and the internal hole (not visible) to ensure your banner stands up straight.
3. Rotate the piece at the top of the pole to make sure the flat side is facing you. This is where you will hook your banner.
4. Pulling from the middle, pull the top of your banner up from the base slowly and carefully. Try to keep the banner centered in the base as it rolls out. This is important to avoid fraying or damaging your banner.
5. Once the banner reaches the height of the pole, secure your banner against the flat piece at the top of the pole. Don’t try to pull the banner above the height of the pole. Doing so may damage it.
6. Double check to make sure the flat piece is firmly attached under the ridge of your banner. If not, the banner could snap back into the base, possibly damaging your banner and/or base.
