➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DESIGN DETAILS AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Simply reply to that email with all files and information for your design. *I will not email you for details about your design. It is your responsibility to send me all details.*
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY DESIGN DETAILS?
After I’ve received and reviewed all details, I’ll reply to your email with an update. Once your design is ready, I will send a preview for you to review. Your order will include one (1) round of revisions to request changes. (This does not include major changes, a new design, a different concept or a different size.)
If you ordered prints: Once you give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. (Print orders do not include the digital files.)
If you ordered the designs only: Once you give final approval, I’ll send a temporary link to download your final files and close the order.
➤ WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PREVIEWS?
All design previews can be expected 3-5 business days *from the date you send all details for your order.
➤ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All pouches ship 14-21 days *from the date you approve your designs for print.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
All pouches are shipped opened at the top. After filling, use a heat sealer on the top to seal securely. This protects contents from being exposed to the elements or damaged in transit.
The Euro hole punch option is not available on the smallest size pouch (3.25in x 4.75in).
