➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, sheet details + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design. If you need your sheet designed at a specific size, please specify the exact size you need at this time. If you do not request a specific size, your sheet will be 8.5x11in.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your high quality file and close the order.
➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include new designs or different sizes so make sure to specify the size you need + send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.
➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY FINAL FILES?
All digital design previews can be expected 3-5 business days *from the date you send all details for your order. If you chose the rush option, you will receive your designs in 1-2 business days.
