➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, all information you want to include + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review.

If you ordered the design only: Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your high quality file and close the order.

If you ordered a printed banner: Once you approve your preview + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital file.

➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design so make sure to send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

All retractable banners ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.

➤ HOW TO SETUP YOUR MINI RETRACTABLE BANNER:

1. Connect the pole pieces and insert it through the two holes in the base.

2. Double check and make sure the pole was inserted into the external hole (visible) and the internal hole (not visible) to ensure your banner stands up straight.

3. Rotate the piece at the top of the pole to make sure the flat side is facing you. This is where you will hook your banner.

4. Pulling from the middle, pull the top of your banner up from the base slowly and carefully. Try to keep the banner centered in the base as it rolls out. This is important to avoid fraying or damaging your banner.

5. Once the banner reaches the height of the pole, secure your banner against the flat piece at the top of the pole. Don’t try to pull the banner above the height of the pole. Doing so may damage it.

9. Double check to make sure the flat piece is firmly attached under the ridge of your banner. If not, the banner could snap back into the base, possibly damaging your banner and/or base.

To disassemble banner: Unhook banner from the pole and let it roll in slowly. Keep the banner centered in the base as it rolls back in. This is important to avoid fraying or damaging your banner.
